Joy's advice

Listen to your body and what it is telling you.

Only you know how you feel, and your feelings are real.

Never be afraid to ask for help.

If you feel like going for a little walk, do go, but only do a little, never push yourself over your personal limit.

If you are bed bound, try and move your muscles, give them a twitch now and again. It is called micro movement for muscles.

You may feel frightened by M.E., and we are all are at first. Your brain goes foggy and your body feels like a limp rag. It does ease up, so go easy on yourself.

Remember that as many people who do not believe that M.E. is real, there are the same number who know it is real.
