Compliments, complaints and other feedback

At Action for M.E. we are committed to delivering best practice in everything we do. It is always pleasing for our staff and volunteers to receive positive feedback from people affected by M.E. However, we appreciate that sometimes things can go wrong. If you are unhappy with the service you have received from us, please let us know, whether it's your experiences of using this website or your experiences in general.

You'll need to be signed in to send us compliments, complaints or feedback. We will acknowledge your submission within ten working days. If appropriate, you will receive a full reply within 21 days.

If you feel you have not had a satisfactory response, you are welcome to write to our Chief Executive at this address: Action for M.E., Third Floor, Canningford House, 38 Victoria Street, Bristol, BS1 6BY. You should expect a reply within 28 days of the date of receipt of your letter.
