Judith Smallridge Profile
Judith is the first point of contact for Supporting, Lifelong and Professional Members, as well as general enquirers. She helps provide information services and publications and is the main contact for local support groups, producing their e-newsletter, GroupAction.
Before joining Action for M.E. Judith spent 22 years working in an high street opticians, working her way up to become Senior Optical Advisor. She then went on to work in administration for a vehicle import centre.
Judith says this of her role: “I’m pleased to be the first point of contact for current members of the charity and all potential new ones. It’s very rewarding to be able to help people with M.E.”
