Former teacher Joanne Morton has had to give up her job because of her M.E. and fibromyalgia. She now volunteers at Sheffield Children’s Hospital and encourages others to do the same.

My blood is at boiling point
Christine White organised a small protest in the Lancaster blood donor centre this week to ask why people with M.E. cannot give blood. The Department of Health claim it is to protect people with the illness from a relapse.
