Expert patient programme
NHS Nottinghamshire County are running an expert patient programme in West Bridgford to help people cope with M.E., including advice on managing pain, relaxation and healthy eating. Kath Radford, who has M.E., says doing the course changed her life. For more information call 0800 028 3693.
New research published by the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) in Belgium has found clear physiological components of CFS. Researcher Jo Nijs says that nurses are placed to provide the best care for people with CFS as long as they can apply science to practice.
