Dr Myhill: I will hold GMC to account
Dr Sarah Myhill, who has all restrictions on her licence lifted by the General Medical Council (GMC), says she will now be holding the GMC to account over “a number of failings” in the treatment of her case. “The GMC never had a case in the first place and in its prosecution of me broke the laws of the land including the Data Protection Act, the 1983 Medical Act and the Human Rights Act,” says Dr Myhill.
