Disability activists, claimant groups and anti-cuts campaigners protested this week outside the offices of Atos Origin, the private company contracted to carry out work capability assessments, in London, Cambridge, Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Newcastle, Truro, Nottingham, Hastings, York, Chatham, Plymouth, Bristol, Brighton, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Cardiff.

Cricketer Joe Sayers' comeback
Yorkshire County cricketer Joe Sayers was diagnosed with Post-Viral Fatigue Syndrome after catching a virus in South Africa in 2009. He spent two months in hospital and was sleeping for up to 15 hours a day, but recovered to resume his career with Yorkshire this season.
