Lightning Process worked for my daughter
Letter from Jan Jordan, Kent, who says she was surprised that the Daily Mail's recent coverage of M.E. did not mention the Lightning Process (LP). Her daughter was diagnosed with M.E./CFS last year and claims she recovered using LP. Jan hopes the current study into the effectiveness of LP will make it a realistic treatment option for more people.

Aloe Vera is "miracle cure"
Gillian Arrindell, from Islington, says Aloe Vera cleared up both her CFS symptoms and her daughter's eczema. She's now started an Aloe Vera business.
