Pictures from our Christmas Lights Walk

16 December 2011

A group of Action for M.E. supporters took to the streets on Tuesday for Action for M.E.’s Christmas Lights Walk. The group followed a route taking in the beautiful Christmas lights of central London, looking in at festive window displays along the way.

Highlights included, the giant baubles and disco balls in Covent Garden, the Hamleys window display, the lights in Regent’s Street, and the Southbank Christmas Market.

“I met some lovely people and it was great to meet other people who also know about M.E. and are committed to supporting the charity's work,” said one participant. “It was easy to keep together because we were all wearing our red Action for M.E. hats. They were very warm and it was a great souvenir to be able to take home from the night.”

If you would like to purchase a cosy red hat embroidered with the Action for M.E. logo - as modelled by our walkers, below! - please email Georgia.
