Famous Essex girls Denise van Outen and Lydia Bright have set off today on a sponsored cycle around India. They will be riding 289 miles through the Rajesthan district, taking in the majestic Taj Mahal along the way, to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital.
If you feel like taking on the challenge of a lifetime and cycling like the celebs, we still have places for our planned India cycle ride for October.
What better way to take in the abundance of colourful sights and sounds than on the back of a bike - all with the knowledge that with every push of the pedal you will be helping us to improve the lives of people with M.E.
