Congratulations to Jean Hawkins from Brightlingsea, Essex, who won our InterAction short story competition with her brilliant story, Lazy cow.

With our 25th birthday and the 20th anniversary of M.E. Awareness Month in mind, the theme of the competition was anniversaries. We asked for heart-warming or humourous short stories featuring at least one character with a link to M.E.

Thank you to everyone who entered. We are also grateful to best-selling author and Action for M.E. President, Clare Francis, who judged the competition for us.
