The next APPG meeting, chaired by Dr Des Turner MP, will take place: 1.30 – 2.30pm on Thursday 22 February 2007 in Committee Room 17, House of Commons, Palace of Westminster (entry via St Stephen’s entrance).

The Chairman of the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) or his representative will join the Group, 1.30 – 2pm, to discuss the NICE clinical practice guideline for M.E./CFS which is due to be published in August.
In the second half of the meeting, after matters arising, the Group will discuss the Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Bill and their implications for M.E.
