Health and Social Care Bill recommitted

On Tuesday, following changes to the Government’s NHS reform plans for England, Simon Burns, Minister of State for Health, asked the House of Commons to recommit certain clauses of the Health and Social Care Bill to the Public Bill Committee for further scrutiny.

The TV debate and Hansard record are now available on the Parliament website, together with details of the Bill.

The deadline for submitting written evidence to the Committee on the specifics of the relevant clauses is Thursday 14 July.
