Lord hopes the Queen will annul WCA regs

Parliamentary monitoring service SW1a report that on 16 March Lord Kirkwood of Kirkhope will move that a Humble Address be presented to Her Majesty praying that the Employment and Support Allowance (Limited Capability for Work and Limited Capability for Work-Related Activity) (Amendment) Regulations 2011, laid before the House on 10 February, be annulled.
