Welfare Reform Bill published today

Iain Duncan Smith publishes his Welfare Reform Bill today.
Plans include the replacement of most existing benefits with a system of Universal Credit and reforming Disability Living Allowance (DLA) via the introduction of the Personal Independence Payment.
