We provide a number of email newsletters. Keep Me Updated is our most popular newsletter and is received by around 5,000 people. It's a general newsletter about all things M.E. but we do provide some more specialist newsletters as well.
Do I have to be an Action for M.E. member to subscribe to your newsletters?
Nope! Anyone can sign up whether they are an Action for M.E. member or not.
Does it cost anything?
No. It's completely free.
What will I actually receive?
Generally, we will send you our email newsletter every month but we'll send out a one off email newsletter if we think it's important.
How easy is it to unsubscribe?
Every email you receive will include options allowing you to unsubscribe so, if you decide it's not for you, you can remove yourself from the list at any time. You can also unsubscribe using the tick boxes below.
You are also able to subscribe and unsubscribe from inside of your profile (see the 'My Profile' link at the top of every page).
How will my personal information be used?
We use Dotmailer to provide our newsletter service and they will hold your email address. We will NOT pass your details on to anyone else and you will have the option to unsubscribe with every email you receive.
