Every All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on the official parliamentary register must elect a minimum of two Officers each year, including a Chair.
Officers must be Members of the Commons or Lords and at least one must be an MP.
Elections are usually held during annual general meetings but they may also be held between annual general meetings, eg. to replace an officer or create a new post.
