Every year Action for M.E. has guaranteed charity places in some of the UK's largest running and cycling events. You can download registration forms below - please be aware that places are limited so you should return your forms to us as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Every runner or cyclist taking part in an event for us will get access to our fundraising materials, advice and tips from our dedicated fundraising team and the option of a free running vest.

An iconic cycling route, made famous during the London Olympics and great for teams. Sign up with a partner and you'll both get 50% off your registration fee.
Great North Run

Minimum sponsorship: £350
Broadcast live on the BBC and featuring an elite field of world famous runners, a massive event with a long history.
The Thames Path Challenge
This challenge gives you the chance to take on the main Thames Path Challenge following England's greatest river - most will be walking, many will jog, some will be running, and all will have a special reason to push themselves.
A range of distances are available, all featuring full support and stunning scenery.

If you already have a place, or none of the ones above interest you, you can find your own event and we’ll be there to support you every step of the way.
You can find events near you on the Runners Diary website. A free running vest is available to anybody aiming to raise £100 or more, and our fundraising team are always on hand with advice and tips. Sponsorship forms and other materials are also available in our Fundraising Toolkit.
Our campaigning and fundraising group was created to bring together those who either have or are looking to raise awareness or help raise the vital funds that make our work possible. Members will be able to contribute their experiences and advice, share their stories and meet others with an understanding of M.E.
They can also contribute to our membership magazine InterAction, take part in campaigns and find out about chances to volunteer for Action for M.E.
