Action for M.E.’s staff, Trustees and volunteers are delighted to invite you and your family, friends and colleagues to our 2018 AGM and conference.
This event offers a valuable opportunity to share your views and experiences with others affected by M.E., meet our team, and hear more about the progress we have made on delivering the promises set out in our 2016-2021 strategy to improve the lives of children, young people and adults living with the serious, neurological condition M.E.
Our programme includes presentations from our CEO, The Countess of Mar, Alice Kelk and Dr Neil Harrison on the PhD studentship in biomedical M.E. research we are funding at Brighton and Sussex Medical School.
“What we are interested in understanding is why people with M.E./CFS experience post-exertional malaise after exercise,” says Prof Neil Harrison, supervising one of the two biomedical PhD studentships funded by Action for M.E. this year.
Join us to hear more about this exciting project, and the cutting technology Prof Harrison and his team are using, to understand more about M.E.
