Following our announcement about of the launch of our Children's Services Team, we want to make sure that everyone affected by M.E. knows who to contact.
As of next week, children, young people, parents and adults affected by M.E. who need information, signposting and support can contact our Information and Support Officers for all enquiries except specialist welfare advice. You can call Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm, on 0117 927 9551, or send an email.
Our Welfare Advice and Support Service will continue to offer advice on all welfare benefits including information on applying for Disability Living Allowance for under 16s, Personal Independence Payments for over 16s, and Carers Allowance. You can contact our specialist welfare adviser on 0800 138 6544 or by email.
The service is open from 10am to 12.30pm and 2pm to 5.30pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and from 2pm to 5pm on Fridays. There are also appointment slots that can be booked in advance for 10.30am to 12.30pm on Fridays. These can be booked by contacting our Information and Support Officers on 0117 927 9551.
