You are warmly invited to join Action for M.E. for our conference and AGM in London in November, focusing on the importance of collaboration. Using our new five-year strategy to inspire presentations, Q&As and discussions, we will identify barriers to effective collaboration, how these barriers can be addressed and key actions for us to take forward. Anyone affected by or with an interest in M.E. is welcome, including carers, health and social care professionals, researchers and policy-makers, and places are free.
Where and when?
Collaborating for change takes place on Friday 18 November 2016 at Allen and Overy, Bishops Square, London E1 6AD. Registration will be open from 9.15am and the conference will start at 10am, finishing at 4.30pm.
The venue is fully accessible with plenty of space in the auditorium to lie down for those who need to, and a quiet room is available. Tea and coffee will be served during on arrival and during the breaks, and a hot buffet lunch will be provided, with special diets catered for (you can indicate this when booking).
How can I take part?
Registration is free and open now: visit Collaborating for change to see a more detailed programme, and to book your place. Full joining instructions will be sent to you nearer the time.
For those who aren’t able to attend on the day, the event will be livestreamed so you can watch from home. There will also be an opportunity to take part in a virtual roundtable discussion – please see news on this site for updates in due course.
