New project to improve health and social care in Scotland
March 24, 2017
Action for M.E. is launching a new project in Scotland to work with health and social care professionals.
Inform M.E. Scotland is a 12-month, Scottish Government-funded project that will allow Action for M.E. to lead change in Scotland by reaching out to health and social care professionals and engaging them in dialogue about how to improve the support available to people with M.E.
Later this year we will be hosting three roundtable discussions with professionals from across the health and social care sector and creating a space for shared learning and thinking about actions that can bring about meaningful change for people with M.E. We will produce and disseminate professional briefings, deliver specialist webinars and seek to bring about positive change in the health and social care support available for people living with the illness.
Health and social care professionals in Scotland who’d like to know more about working with us should contact Theresa Burns, Project Coordinator for Scotland by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
