Unrest to be screened at Scottish Parliament

January 18, 2018

Ben Macpherson MSP is hosting a special screening of the award-winning M.E. documentary, Unrest, at the Scottish Parliament this month, on behalf of Shella Films and one of the film's four charity partners, #MEAction.

As one of the other charity partners, Action for M.E. will send staff to support the screening and meet MSPs and healthcare professionals who are interested in learning more about M.E., its impact, and how they can support their constituents and patients who are affected by the illness.

The event will include a 20-minute screening of the film plus a discussion aimed at raising awareness of M.E.

If you live in Scotland and want to encourage your MSP to attend, you can find their email address and other contact details on the Scottish Parliament website. Healthcare professionals are also welcome to attend.

The screening takes place from 6pm to 8pm on Tuesday 30 January in the Holyrood House. MSPs and healthcare professionals who would like to attend are asked to get in touch with #MEAction by email.
