Our online pyjama party starts at 11am

The countdown to Action for M.E.'s online pyjama party has begun - and there's less than two hours to go.

We are inviting you to meet other people with M.E. on the M.E. Friends Online forum from 11am today, wearing your pyjamas and dressing gown and with a cup of tea or coffee to hand. As well as chatting, you can post photos, too - teddy bear portraits welcome!

If you have not already registered on the website to be able to sign in to the forums, we recommend doing so now to save any delays at 11am.

Members of staff will be joining in too and it's a great opportunity to ask any questions about our new fundraising initiative, the Dressing Gown Day, which the pyjama party is part of.
