Legislation confirms WCA to get tougher

A Statutory Instrument has been passed which enables the Government to implement the recommendations of the internal review of the Work Capability Assessment. Action for M.E. has previously campaigned to delay the implementation of internal review recommendations until a fair system can be put in place.
