Sir Peter to attend WCA review meeting

Action for M.E. Chief Executive, Sir Peter Spencer, is among those invited to attend a seminar to discuss the independent review of the Work Capability Assessment which Professor Malcolm Harrington is leading.

The event will take place on 17 August from 1-3pm in London.

This seminar will discuss:

• the implementation of the Year 1 recommendations and the impact they are having;
• what, if any, further work is required in future reviews; and
• the face-to-face assessment.

The call for evidence closes 16 September.
