The Big Give 2020 is underway!

The Big Give Christmas Challenge 2020 is officially underway!
Throughout our Big Give Christmas Challenge, from noon today to noon on Tuesday 8 December, all donations to us via the Big Give website are doubled, at no extra cost to you, thanks to a match-pot generously set up by some of our supporters.
Because of you, we can support more people like Bethany (pictured above, third from left), who was diagnosed with M.E. aged 16.
“I was young; extremely outgoing, sociable, sporty. I was extremely academic; I completed my GCSEs and did well in them and had a job. All of this was ripped from me within a day and I was instantly bedbound.”
Now 21, Bethany is still mostly housebound. Cooking, washing and cleaning must be done in small amounts with rest periods. But she doesn’t feel so alone, after finding understanding and support from Action for M.E.
