Action for ME is the only charity that provides direct support services for children and adults in the UK, alongside co-leading DecodeME, the world’s largest ME DNA research study. Every penny raised through donations, fundraising, shopping online, payroll giving, legacies and more means we can reach even more adults, children and young people living with ME.
Play for as little as £1 a week, with half of that going to support our work - and giving you the chance to win £25,000.
To enter, simply buy a six-digit number, which will be yours for as long as you choose to play. £1 will buy you one number, and you can purchase more if you wish.

Simply choose us when you sign up. Each store you make a purchase from via the site or app will make Give As You Live a reward, and they will in turn donate to Action for ME.
Use Savoo to save money with discount codes and deals. When you sign up, choose Action for ME as your charity and they'll donate to us each time you shop.
Savoo is a money-saving and online fundraising website. They have over 20,000 discount codes to use in the UK alone and all their vouchers and deals are free for you to use.
Working with people with ME to share their stories with the public, professionals and policy-makers helps increase understanding of the illness and its impact.
You can support us to stamp out the stigma of ME by sharing and commenting on our content online, helping it to reach a wider audience.

Payroll giving allows anyone who pays UK income tax to give regularly to the charity of their choice tax effectively. Because payroll giving donations are deducted before tax, each £1 you give will only cost you 80p (or 60p if you're a higher rate tax payer).
If your employer matches an employee’s donation, you can make twice the difference! Not only is it one of the most simple and cost-effective ways to donate to Action for M.E., it also ensures a reliable source of income to support our vital services.
You can help us achieve our vision of a world without ME by leaving a gift to Action for ME in your will, however large or small. Making a will isn’t complicated and it’s an important way of ensuring that your loved ones and taken care of and that the causes you are passionate about are remembered.
