Every penny raised through donations, fundraising, shopping online, payroll giving, legacies and more means we can reach even more adults, children and young people living with M.E.

By signing up to Give as you Live you can raise money while shopping online with more than 4,000 high street stores, as well as dozens of insurance, energy and broadband providers.
Simply choose us when you sign up. Each store you make a purchase from via the site or app will make Give As You Live a reward, and they will in turn donate to Action for M.E.

Payroll giving allows anyone who pays UK income tax to give regularly to the charity of their choice tax effectively. Because payroll giving donations are deducted before tax, each £1 you give will only cost you 80p (or 60p if you're a higher rate tax payer).
