How can I take part?

Apply for an Action for ME Charity Place

  • You can apply for a charity place until 30th April 2025.
In return for a charity place you will need to raise at least £200 and pay a £20 non-refundable registration fee . Our friendly team are here to support you with your fundraising every step of the way.
Our charity places are limited, so please give as much detail about your fundraising plans as you can on the application form.

Self-Fund Your Own Place, and Raise Money for Action for ME!

  • Perfect if you are concerned about reaching a minimum fundraising target or would prefer to purchase your own place in the event.
  • Sign up directly through AJ Bell Great South Run, and then contact our team to let us know you would like to fundraise for us.  Be aware that places are likely to sell out!
  • Once you have your place confirmed, set up your fundraising page through Enthuse, and link it to Action for ME’s team page for the 2025 event.
  • Get in touch with our team if you need any help with this.

What Support Will I Get?

If you are successful in getting a Charity place, or are self-funding your place, you will receive:

  • An Action for ME running vest
  • Dedicated support from our experienced fundraising team to help you achieve your target
