International Conference on ME/CFS & long Covid

Sonya Chowdhury, CEO of Action for ME and Co-chair of the World ME Alliance, and Sian Leary, Head of Advocacy and Communications at the World ME Alliance, have been invited to speak at the 1st International Conference on Clinical and Scientific Advances in ME/CFS and long Covid.

The conference will be held in Portugal on 3 April 2024.

The World ME Alliance is endorsing this exciting event.

Online attendance is open to all, with particular interest in:

  • Medical professionals, including, but not limited to, Neurologists, Pulmonologists, Internal Medicine Physicians, Infectious Diseases Physicians, Family Doctors, Cardiologists, Psychiatrists and Rheumatologists.
  • Allied health professionals, including Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Pharmacists.
  • Researchers, including Clinical Investigators and Translational Investigators
  • Medial and allied health students
  • Policymakers
  • Media
  • People living with ME/CFS, and or long Covid, including caretakers, advocates and patient groups.

Registration for members of the public to attend online is now available through the conference’s dedicated website.
