Dr Audrey Ryback, a Research Fellow at the University of Edinburgh, has completed her important research, testing the effect of serum from people with ME on muscle cell mitochondria, and an update, including the research findings, are now available.
Audrey holds the first Clare Francis Postdoctoral Fellowship awarded by Action for ME, and is affiliated with the Genetics Centre of Excellence at the University of Edinburgh. Her 2-year fellowship is supervised by Professor Chris Ponting.
Audrey’s research will play an important part in understanding ME/CFS.
