Our team is working at home to provide our Information, Support and Advocacy Service for adults and young people with M.E., moderate our peer-support forums, publish InterAction magazine, campaign for change, and support our amazing fundraisers, donors and Supporting Members. Processing post is taking longer than usual, thank you for your patience.

Christmas 2021

Our Information and Support Service will be answering phone calls and emails from 11am to 3pm on Monday 20, Tuesday 21 and Wednesday 22 December, and emails on Thursday 23 December.

Our team is taking a break for Christmas and New Year, returning to work on Wednesday 5 January. Please see our directory of support if you need to reach out for reassurance or advice during this time. Our Information and Support Service will be back answering calls from 11am on Thursday 6 January 2022.

You can access peer support throughout the festive period via our free forum, M.E. Friends Online. Anyone who isn’t already a forum member should register before noon on Christmas Eve so we can ensure you have access to the forum during the Christmas period.

If you need welfare benefits advice outside of office hours, please download our comprehensive factsheets or contact your nearest Citizens Advice.

To find your nearest M.E. support group or specialist NHS service, please give us a call.

If you need emotional support, the Samaritans are always there to listen.
