Drawing invisible illnesses

250,000 people in the UK live with M.E./CFS. Because the condition is an invisible illness, and the symptoms may not be immediately obvious to the outside observer, it can be difficult to explain and talk about the impact of the condition. DrawingOut is a campaign that supports people with Invisible illnesses to talk about what it’s like to live with their condition through visual metaphor.
Their website offers a step by step guide where you can create your own drawings and share them with others within the community. The exercises are very straight forward and you don’t need any experience prior.
