Our Information & Support service supports people with ME and their carers to address the challenges presented by the illness. Our friendly and knowledgeable team are here for you, whether by helping you breakdown complex issues, manage relationships with others, or by signposting to other services.
Advocacy is free, independent support to involve you in decisions about your health, care, and wellbeing. Our Adults Advocacy service works alongside adults in the UK, with a diagnosis of ME/CFS, who are seeking support with a single specific issue. We can work with you to identify the barrier(s) to your advocacy goal and offer options to help you puruse this.
Caring for a child with ME can be extremely challenging. Our dedicated Family Support service is here to provide you with information, guideance, and resources to support your child. We can help identify and prioritise key issues, indentifying your options and next steps, and communicating with other services or professionals.
We so often hear of the isolation that many people living with ME experience. It can be hard to maintain relationships with friends and family and to not feel understood. Our ME Friends Online forum is full of people affected by ME who understand what it's like to live with the illness. Join and find peer-support today!
